ADEPT HRM Solutions was started in 2008 to assist small and mid-sized business owners by tailoring human resource services to their specific needs. All employees of ADEPT HRM Solutions are certified HR Professionals, have a minimum of five years human resources generalist experience within various industries, and are involved in the HR and business communities.
Erin is the owner and President of ADEPT HRM Solutions. Erin has 20 years’ experience in human resources within various industries including high tech, marketing, engineering, retail, construction, telecommunications, insurance, and veterinary medicine. Erin has held various senior-level positions focusing on compensation and benefits, strategic planning, compliance, recruiting and training. Erin’s experience as an internal HR professional and a business owner allows her to provide a unique perspective on human resources.
Erin is both a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and Senior Certified Professional certification. Erin is the 2018 Charlotte Area Society for Human Resources (CASHRM) President. Erin has also participated on various boards including the UNCC Advisory Board, Lake Washington Human Resources Association (LWHRA) Board of Directors and the Lake Washington Institute of Technology Human Resource Advisory Board. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications and a Master of Science degree in organization and management with an emphasis in human resources.

Alex is both a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources. Alex currently sits on the Charlotte Area Society for Human Resources (CASHRM) Board of Directors. Alex also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in industrial psycology.
Heather has over 15 years of experience in human resources within the healthcare, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, publishing, hospitality, military, and professional services industries. Heather has held senior-level positions focusing on areas including strategic planning, change management, expatriation, compensation and benefits, leadership training and development, process improvement, and safety.
Heather is a Global Professional in Human Resources, SHRM-Certified Professional and Professional in Human Resources. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Charlotte Area Society for Human Resource Management (CASHRM). Heather holds a Bachelors of Arts in business administration with a concentration in human resources and a Master of Science in management.
