Adept HRM Solutions was started by Erin R. Smith in 2008 to assist small business owners by tailoring human resource services to their specific needs. Erin has over 10 years experience in human resources within various industries including high tech, telecommunications, insurance, and veterinary medicine. From compensation and benefits to strategic planning to training to recruiting, Erin’s experience makes her a true generalist. Erin also has a unique perspective on human resources issues having worked as both a consultant and in high-level internal positions.

Erin has supported her career as a generalist by obtaining her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and being an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Erin is on the Board of Directors for the Lake Washington Human Resources Association. Erin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications and a Master of Science degree in organization and management with an emphasis in human resources.
