ADEPT HRM Solutions was started in 2008 to assist small and mid-sized business owners by tailoring human resource services to their specific needs. All employees of ADEPT HRM Solutions are certified HR Professionals, have a minimum of five years human resources generalist experience within various industries, and are involved in the HR and business communities.

Erin has over 10 years experience in human resources within various industries including high tech, telecommunications, insurance, and veterinary medicine. From compensation and benefits to strategic planning to training to recruiting, Erin’s experience makes her a true generalist. Erin also has a unique perspective on human resources issues having worked in both consulting and in high-level internal positions.
Erin has supported her career as a generalist by obtaining her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and being an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Erin has also participated on various boards including the Lake Washington Human Resources Association Board of Directors and the Lake Washington Technical College Human Resource Advisory Board. Erin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications and a Master of Science degree in organization and management with an emphasis in human resources.

Adele has over 5 years experience as a human resources professional. During her career, she has worked in various industries including retail and non-profit. Adele has focused her efforts in the area of Training & Development, Full-Cycle Recruiting, Performance and Process Improvement, Workplace Investigations, Employee Relations, and Benefits Administration.
She holds a Professional in Human Resources certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management as well as Lake Washington Human Resource Association. Adele also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.

Nancy has over 13 years experience as a human resource professional, and has filled the role of Senior HR Generalist for a top-end general contractor in the Seattle area since 1997. Nancy’s experience ranges from benefit management and administration, staffing, policy development, employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and payroll administration. She has the natural ability to be the advocate of employees, while maintaining focus on limiting the liability of her employer
Nancy holds a Professional in Human Resource certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, New Human Resource Group, as well as the Lake Washington Human Resource Association.
