More About Alex

Alex has over 25 years of human resources experience in engineering, retail, and aeronautics. She has held senior-level positions focusing on strategic planning, recruitment strategy, benefit analysis and cost containment, and change management.

Alex is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Alex is the Charlotte Area Society for Human Resources (CASHRM) President Elect. Alex also holds her health and life insurance license.

Alex enjoys helping clients align human resources to their organization. Alex brings a strong operational focus to her client work.

Outside of client work, Alex is active in fostering and adoption of animals with the Greater Charlotte SPCA.
