Without Human Resources, a company could not operate. One of the main roles of HR is to help foster an environment where an employee feels like they can succeed. Employees want to be a part of an organization that allows them to grow while also feeling valued and appreciated. My goal is to make sure that there is a balance between the employees and the employer and that those expectations are the same.


My approach when partnering with a client is to learn about the culture. I think company culture is everything because it is a part of the identity of a client. By getting a feel for how the company operates and how they treat their employees, that can tell you a lot about their business practices.

Armani has over four years experience in hospitality, staffing, engineering, and construction industries. Her work has focused on onboarding, culture improvement, benefit administration and operations.


She has plans to achieve her SHRM-CP certification by the spring of 2022.


She loves spending time with her family and friends, watching college football (Go Clemson!), watching true crime documentaries, and finding new restaurants to try in the Charlotte area.
