Human Resources is vital to the foundation and success of an organization. HR plays a key role in all areas of a company’s culture, workplace policy and compliance, pay structure, and human capital.

When partnering with a client, I feel it is important to establish clear and effective communication. I focus on fully understanding the client’s areas of focus and need, as well as effectively conveying and demonstrating my competency and specialization in those areas. I feel that building reliability and trust in the consultant / client relationship is key to the success of the partnership.
