Kim has over 20 years of human resources experience in logistics, healthcare, travel and hospitality. Her vast experience includes organizational development, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy and process improvement, employee relations, talent acquisition, recruiting and performance management.


Kim is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Kim is certified in Change Management through the Association of Talent Development.


Kim has a passion for helping others. As a certified Ken Blanchard Trainer as well as a certified coach, Kim is able to help others gain a greater understanding of their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
