As a small business owner, I bring a unique perspective of both technical expertise and a business owner mentality to our business and our clients. My style is direct and transparent with a focus on what will help our clients grow while respecting their bottom-line.
More About Erin
Erin has over 20 years of human resources experience in retail, engineering, high tech, telecommunications, insurance, construction, veterinary medicine, and marketing. She has held several senior-level positions focusing on compensation and benefits, strategic planning, compliance, recruiting and training.
Erin is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Erin also holds her health and life insurance license.
Erin teaches in the human resources program at UNCC and also currently serves as the Charlotte Area Society of Human Resources (CASHRM) Past President.
In her free time, Erin can be found baking with her family and hiking local trails.
