When partnering with a client, I take a holistic approach. I believe employees and management are symbiotic, like company goals and employee culture. My goal is to help you achieve and maintain that balance.

Alexis has over 8 years of human resources experience in information technology, veterinary medicine, and staffing industries. Her work has focused on policy development, training & professional development, culture development, DI&E and HR operations as a department of one.
Alexis is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Alexis has a passion for caring for people. Through her wellbeing certifications, Alexis is able to care for people as a whole; which she believes leads to a better, stronger culture.
In her free time, Alexis can be found outdoors on hikes, reading, or traveling with her husband and son-- all with a cup of coffee in her hand.
