Kayla has HR generalist experience in hospitality, and supply chain & logistics, as well as over 4 years of staffing experience ranging from information technology to industrial industries. She has worked heavily in employee relations management, investigations, full cycle recruiting, compliance, and training and development.
She plans to attain her SHRM-CP certification by the Fall of 2022.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her Fiancé and dog adventuring the Charlotte area. She loves finding new places to eat, hike, disc golf, and paddle board!
