“The best part of Human Resources is the "human" aspect. I enjoy working with people and helping them reach their potential. Whether it's their first job, last job, second job; they are here for a reason, and I am here to remind them of their potential.
 
I do have difficult conversations with employees, but I will always leave them walking away knowing that tomorrow is a new day. I am honest with employees. In every conversation I have, I think about the phrase I learned back in elementary school "treat others as you would want to be treated".
